What if Rest Was on Your Calendar?

It’s a Tuesday. You’ve got back-to-back meetings, half a lunch, and a full inbox. Maybe your jaw is tight, your breath shallow, and the edges of your day feel blurry.

What if, right in the middle of all that, there was a soft place to land?

Why I Created Somatic Snack Break

I created Somatic Snack Break, a weekly virtual offering, because I kept hearing the same thing from clients, from friends, from my own nervous system: I don’t have time to slow down. But I’m exhausted from staying so sped up.

These weekly sessions are a gentle response. A way to return to your body, just as it is, without needing to be calm, ready, or “regulated.” It’s a nervous system re-set in the middle of your work day, for those of us who are used to pushing through.

What It Is

Somatic Snack Break is a 30-minute, drop-in space to pause and reconnect in the middle of your day.

We meet online every Tuesday from 12:30–1:00 PM CST. Each session includes gentle, body-based practices to help you slow down, notice, and return to yourself. No prep. No pressure. Camera optional.

It’s part nervous system care, part community ritual, part exhale. A weekly practice in choosing presence, especially when life feels so full.

Accessibility & Payment

This offering is pay-what-you-can — suggested $10 via Zelle. No proof of payment required; I trust you to choose what’s right.

Register once, and I’ll send you the recurring Google Meet link. You’re welcome to drop in any week that feels supportive.

We Begin June 3rd

If your body’s been whispering for a pause, consider this your invitation.
