What is a Homecoming?

Coming home isn't about walking through a physical door — it's about reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel alive, present, and in harmony. It's about recognizing and cultivating your body's wisdom, your capacity for presence, and your natural sense of belonging.

At Homecoming Therapies, I walk alongside people finding their way toward these experiences. My role is to help you discover safety within yourself, build internal resources, and show up authentically in your body and relationships — whether you're working through trauma; exploring your sense of self; processing or preparing for birth, parenthood, or other significant life transitions; or wishing to increase connection in your partnerships.

This journey isn't about returning to some idealized, past version of yourself. Instead, it's about settling more deeply into who you are right now — grounded, supported, and able to move forward in ways that honor your unique needs and desires.
